Allen is suing American Apparel for $10 million over the NY billboards.

i wonder - notice how the billboard is on "Allen Street" - and the ad makes no sense...except its a cheap way to draw attention to the brand...because even if woody allen sues - he will probably get less financially than the gain American Apparel would get as a result of the free advertising. I hope he sues them for every cent they gain from this...so he can pour all the money into a great film :)

also - notice how the graphics on the ad look poorly pasted...like its a cut and paste computer job

I agree with that...but his lawsuit says differently...
"Allen's lawsuit describes him as among the most influential figures in the history of American film and a man who has maintained strict control over the projects with which he is associated."
