Dede Koswara Has A Disease That Makes Him Look Like A Tree:

An Indonesian individual known as "The Tree Man", whose contraction of a rare virus caused him to develop massive bark-like growths all over his body, has shed nearly 2kg worth of the warts after treatment by doctors.

Dede Koswara captured the attention of the world late last year, when he was found by a documentary crew from the Discovery Channel.

The documentary drew doctors and dermatology experts to Indonesia to inspect the man and to study the rare disease with the hope of a diagnosis, and possibly a cure.
