"I have a wife who genuinely loves to fish. I mean, she will take the lead and ask me to go out fishing, and joyfully comes here," the governor said before adding, "She loves football, she'll go to hockey games and, I jokingly say, 'Now, if I could only get her to have sex with me.'"
The governor quickly clarified, "It's a joke, it's a joke."
We pointed him out a few weeks back as one of the top choices for McCain's Vice Presidential pick and now he's under fire for a joke he made on a Minneapolis radio station. It was clearly a joke but was it offensive? The only thing that's certain here is that it doesn't help his chances at a John McCain Vice Presidential nod.

HaHa, that is a funny joke, though. I am not voting for McCain, but I actually hope that the pettyness and political correctness of the counrty wouldn't hold it against this gy for this particular joke, if he is decent otherwise (I am not too familiar with him).
Anyway, he beats Crist (Gov of Fla.), who is another sexually repressed closeted homosexual, according to the rumour mill. I am not knocking him for being gay, but for being another Republican hypocrite.
