The 'Incredible McCain Girl' Video Is The Best I've Seen:



Apparently this is from 'Barely Political' which I believe is owned by the same folks who run CollegeHumor.com. Regardless of where it came from or who paid for the production it's probably the coolest viral McCain ad you will see all campaign long.

From Last Night's Boston Redsox/Tampa Bay Devil Rays Game:

The fight on the field started after Boston's Coco Crisp was hit on the right hip by a second-inning pitch from James Shields. Crisp dropped his bat, charged the mound and ducked a wild right by Shields before throwing a few punches.

Crisp was tackled to the ground by Tampa Bay catcher Dioner Navarro. Rays designated hitter Jonny Gomes charged the mound from the dugout, jumped on Navarro and Crisp, and threw several punches that hit Crisp while he was on the ground.

Crisp, who had a scratch on his forehead and right cheek, was most upset with what happened under the pile.

"I charged the mound. [Shields] tried to hit me with a punch," Crisp said. "I'm not upset at all. We fought. That's all it is. There were some cheap shots there. [Carl] Crawford came sliding in. I don't know why he was pulling hair, scratching. After that it was three, four guys on one."

Crisp, Shields and Gomes were ejected.

"It's simple," Gomes said, when asked what he was doing when he got to the mound. "I'm just going out there for my pitcher's defense."

As for the dugout incident, Dustin Pedroia and Crisp both said they didn't know what happened.

"I really didn't see it," Pedroia said. "I was running out onto the field. We're around each other a lot, but we love each other. We're a team."

You hear that? A baseball brawl on TV in the name of teamwork.

There's a chance that this could be a parody of the video but I seriously doubt it. There has already been one fake 'Denver' video but this one looks exactly like the leaked image. The fact that a seemingly completely sane man could be convinced of the existence of aliens after watching this is beyond me.

There do seem to be quite a few unplugged monitors but other than that it look genuine. I can't tell exactly where it was filmed but it sounds like they are speaking Spanish in the second clip. Then again, it's such an intense situation it's quite hard to tell. No more 'PC Load Letters' for that guy! Talk about a bad day...

The Wait Is Over - Here Is The Detroit Alien Video:

A few minutes of grainy, black and white video show a shadowy creature with big eyes peeping over a windowsill. But does it show a puppet or an alien from outer space?

The video, purportedly capturing proof of alien life, was released this morning during a press conference at the Tivoli Student Union on the Auraria campus in downtown Denver.

Over the course of three minutes or so, the footage shows a white creature with a balloon-shaped head that keeps popping up and down in a windowsill that was 8 feet above ground. The face was white, with large black eyes that seemed to blink.

It looks pretty convincing for a low rent operation! Seriously, I'm not buying it but it's certainly worthy of the hype. What do you think? Is it a puppet or a bonafide space freak?

OK, so the video above isn't real. It's just a mock up of what the alien is supposed to look like on the tape. Below is an actual frame from the video. The video above was actually created to prove that you can quickly fake alien videos. It was created in one day with a budget of $90.

The Daily Show's Rob Riggle Follows The Obama Campaign:

"Daily Show" correspondent Rob Riggle recently spent some time on the Barack Obama campaign bus and made it his personal mission to annoy as many of the journalists covering the campaign as he could. In the video below, watch as he manages to harass Newsweek's Richard Wolfe, NBC's Lee Cowan, and countless others with pointless questions and bus-wide announcements of stories from his youth.

I'm not a huge fan of the Daily Show and I happen to think John Stewart is way overrated but this clip is hilarious. Rob Riggle shakes things up on a tour bus full of stuffy reporters who take themselves way too seriously. I almost died after the 'then I got a Bowflex and things really started to turn around for me' line. Good stuff.

DHL Goes Viral - Man Uses GPS To Create Global Self Portrait:

The 17th of March 2008 I sent away a briefcase containing a GPS device with the express transportation company DHL. I gave them exact travel instructions, where to go and in what order. 55 days later the briefcase returned to Stockholm. The GPS automatically recorded the briefcase's journey around the world. The information was downloaded to my computer and gave me my drawing. Due to the GPS drawing technique and the magnitude of the drawing, the self portrait had to be made in just one stroke. That giant stroke passed through six continents and 62 countries, thus becoming 110,664 km long.

On first viewing, I knew something wasn't right about this story. I don't doubt the journey of the briefcase as stated, I only doubt the purpose of the video. This wasn't about creating a self portrait or expressing artistic freedoms, it was about press. My money says this is a viral ad campaign by DHL. It looks like DHL, upset over all of the press UPS has been getting with it's prized horse Big Brown, wanted some attention. The company wanted to create a video that would go 'viral' and make their company look 'global'. Odds are this video will accomplish both of those tasks. In the end, advertisement or not, it's an interesting story and a clever video. Give it a watch...

Yesterday it was Bill O'Reilly in a classic losing-his-cool clip and today we take you to New York City and Sue Simmons. She has already apologized for the incident that aired last night during the season finale of 'Medium'. In all likelihood she will keep her job due to the quick apology and lack of any racial undertones in her remarks. It may end up being the most watch WNBC clip of the year. F#*k.

An Off-Camera Cut From Bill O'Reilly's Days On Inside Edition:



O'Reilly has already responded to the video, which has been viewed over 100,000 times on YouTube.com. He says, jokingly, that he was just "practicing for [his] conversations with Geraldo."

Did You Watch The #1 Movie In The Country, After The Credits?:



As we first reported on Saturday, Iron Man is the number one movie in the country, pulling in over 100 million dollars. I'm no huge comic book buff but I watched the film myself and loved it. However, as the credits roll and the audience shuffles out, there is an additional scene that paves the way for an Iron Man sequel.

The screen once again focuses in on Robert Downey Jr. in his hilltop mansion as he arrives home after a press conference. In his main living room is a familiar figure, first identified by his voice, Samuel L. Jackson appears as Nick Fury of S.H.I.E.L.D.. He talks about wanting to cooperate with the newly named 'Iron Man' in a new battle against the Avengers. The ensuing script practically writes itself.

Update: Wow. That was fast. Iron Man 2 set for April 30, 2010.

Eight Florida Girls Have Been Arrested After Posting This Video:

ORLANDO, Fla., April 8 (UPI) -- Florida authorities say they arrested a group of teenagers who had planned to post a video of a beating on YouTube.

A gang of six girls allegedly pummeled another teenager while one of them recorded the incident on a video camera, apparently with plans to place it on YouTube for all to see.

The family of the victim told WFTV-TV, Orlando, the ambush was part of an alleged scheme to humiliate their daughter and cause her physical harm.

This video is everywhere right now. From coast to coast and around the world, news outlets are running the video or posting it on their websites. Why is everyone posting a teen fight video? The visuals are good for both ratings and web hits and the entire world is competing for eyeballs. Fight videos and 'fight clubs' have been increasing in number and popularity over the past several years but is it really international news when a few teenage girls get in a fight?
