Disturbing Video: Seal Hunting Season Begins In Canada:
The government is allowing hunters to kill up to 275,000 young harp seals on the ice floes off Eastern Canada, but only three had been reported killed on the first morning of the hunt in the Gulf of St. Lawrence.
It looks like a barbaric act but Canada has imposed 'more humane' rules this year on hunters. Sadly, the death toll so far includes more than just seals, 3 seal hunters were killed in the Gulf of St. Lawrence after their ship capsized.

So sad to watch videos like this. I don't care what they say. It's not humane.
It is sad to look at... I just think there has to be a better answer than to allow this...when the Japs kill the dolphins is another really horrible thing that needs to stop.
I've seen some amazing photos of the dolphin culling as well but the visuals aren't quite as barbaric as a man hitting a seal with a club.
