Why Did The Secret Service Let This Guy Get So Close?:



It all went down outside of an Italian market in Philadelphia. The guy seeking the photo is very creepy and, at some points, seems to be losing his cool. I'll repeat my question in the headline, why would the Secret Service staff keeping tabs on Obama let this guy get so close?
