The Next Box Office Bomb

Behold, The Next Anti-War Bomb 'Standard Operating Procedure':

Standard Operating Procedure is a 2008 documentary film which explores the events surrounding the Abu Ghraib scandal. The film was directed by Errol Morris, and stars Christopher Bradley, Sarah Denning, and Joshua Feinman.

The 'coming soon' poster is less than enticing:

We predicted the epic failure of Stop-Loss at the box office and this film will do just as bad if not worse. Then again, I'm sure it will be a runaway hit in Tehran.

Will there ever be a commercial film that documents the crimes of the Baathists, Al Qaeda or the Taliban?

Maybe one day.

Until then the crimes of 12 convicted criminals will dominate our media. Would the Baathists, Al Qaeda or Taliban convict their members of similar human rights abuses?

No... they probably never will.

Wow...I was interested in Stop-Loss, but never saw it. This does not even make me semi-interested.

There will never be a movie showing the inhuman acts of the Taliban or any other radical islamist group. FITNA was banned before it was release and it was a free movie, on the internet!
